How to Order Prints
Reproductions of Burgert Brothers photos can be ordered at the John F. Germany Public Library (in downtown Tampa). Prints are made from high-resolution images of the negatives in the Burgert Brother Photographic Collection.
- Search for a photograph
- Complete the order form
- Note the PA Number (Photographic Number) for each print. If ordering several reproductions, please put the Photographic Numbers in ascending numerical order.
- Specify the size and type of contact reproduction desired. Please refer to the table below for schedule of prices.
The library forwards your request to the photographer's studio. You must call the photographer's studio to prepay. All work must be prepaid.

Cirkut (Panoramic) Prints
All Cirkut reproductions are made from a high resolution electronic file of the image.
Although the original height of all the Cirkut photographs is 10 inches, the lengths of the different originals vary from 24 to 54 inches. Please contact the photographer directly for pricing information, as the cost for a reproduction can range from $85 to $150.

How to Order High-Resolution Scans
The John F. Germany Public Library has scanners available to obtain high-resolution digital files of images from the Burgert Brothers collection. Customers can also bring their own photographic equipment to make digital images of the materials.
The library can accommodate sending small quantities of high-resolution digital images electronically for customers unable to visit the library.

The Burgert Brothers Photographic Collection represents a visual link with our past and heritage. The preservation of these materials is an ongoing process requiring damaged or deteriorated negatives and photographs to be replaced.
Tax-deductible donations can help defray the cost of maintaining and preserving this vital part of our history. Joining the Friends of the Library also helps fund the preservation costs allowing this collection to be accessible to future generations.
