Our Hispanic Heritage Contests 2019:
Celebrating Hillsborough's History and Culture

Winners Announced!

With over 700 submissions this year, the judging committee had a really hard time narrowing down the first and second place winners for the annual contest.

The judging panel consisted of district, community and library services members with cultural, media and art backgrounds, focusing on how each design was successful in communication, connection to the theme, cultural representation and craftsmanship.
